My story.
The interview is the part of the medical school application nobody actually teaches you. I went into my QMUL Medicine interview with one goal — leave nothing to chance. I built my own system, drilled it relentlessly, and walked out with ~90/100 and a verdict I have genuinely never seen given to another applicant: "recommended without hesitation."
Read any QMUL feedback online and you'll see "recommended" or "recommended with reservations." "Recommended without hesitation" is the highest mark on the report. The panel also wrote that I had the best communication skills of any candidate in my session. That one line is the engine behind everything Medentia teaches — because if I can break down exactly what got me there, I can teach you to do the same.
Then I sat the rest. 100% personal interview success — every interview I attended converted. That includes a university with a post-interview offer rate of around 15–20% that takes only ~60 students a year, and another that interviews roughly 10% of applicants. Brutal numbers. All offers.
That's when it clicked — this stuff is teachable. The frameworks, the reflection, the way to handle ethics, the way to be in the room — all of it. So I started tutoring, and this cycle I've worked with nearly 100 students with a 98% offer rate to UK medical and dental schools. Out of all of them, only one didn't land an offer.
