Terms of Service

    Last updated: 1 August 2026

By booking a session or using Medentia ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

    1. The service

Medentia provides 1-to-1 and group tutoring covering UK Medicine & Dentistry interviews, UCAT, personal statements and wider application strategy. Sessions are delivered online unless explicitly stated as in-person.

    2. Bookings & payment

    • All sessions must be paid for in advance via our checkout (Stripe).
    • Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
    • Receipts are issued automatically by email.

    3. Cancellations & refunds

    • You may cancel or reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once subject to availability.
    • If we cancel a session for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
    • The free 30-minute UCAT trial session is non-refundable as no payment is taken.

    4. No guarantee of outcomes

We give you the best coaching we can, supported by a strong track record. However, the final outcome of any university application depends on factors outside our control (UCAS, university admissions teams, your own preparation, etc.) and we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, offer or interview score.

    5. Conduct

You agree to attend sessions on time, prepared and engaged. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written agreement. Abusive behaviour towards tutors will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

    6. Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, mock questions and resources provided are for your personal use only. They may not be redistributed, resold or shared publicly.

    7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the session(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

    8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
