Medentia ("we", "us", "our") is a UK Medicine & Dentistry application coaching service operated by Haroon Aziz. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to deliver our services.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit via our contact or waitlist forms — name, email, phone/WhatsApp and the message or notes you provide.
- Booking and payment details when you purchase a session (handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see your full card number).
- Standard server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule sessions and deliver tutoring.
- To notify you when waitlisted services (e.g. in-person mock interviews) open.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we use to run the service: Supabase (secure database hosting, EU/UK region), Stripe (payments), and any email provider used to contact you. We never share your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact and waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or for up to 24 months, whichever comes first. Payment records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold on you at any time. Email us at admin@medentia.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account (if applicable). We do not use advertising cookies.
